Terms & Condition:

The contest entails the participant to do the following in order to be eligible to win:

1. “Like” the MakeMyTrip page if not already liked.
2. Enter the contest app.
3. Upload a travel picture that reflects& contains any of the tricolors present in India’s flag.
4. Fill in required details (name, location, description).
5. Share the entry on their Facebook page to get votes.

Prize is as follow:

1. The participant with the maximum no. of “likes” or “votes” at the end of the contest duration will win a free holiday to Thailand for one person (holiday terms will be shared separately).
2. There will be only onewinner in this contest.
3. In case of a tie, selection will be done on lucky draw basis.

• Disqualification can be done on the basis of:

1. Suspicion of getting auto-generated likes/votes
2. Irrelevant image entries (an internal jury will decide in case the image entered does not meet the requirements)
3. Suspicion of image not having been clicked by the participant
4. Contest Duration: from 4th to 11thAugust 2014

• Winner Announcement: by 15th August 2014 on Facebook wall.
• Winner Contact: Winner will inbox us their details within 72 hours of announcement after which he/she will be contacted by us via email or phone.
• Entries to the contest are valid for Indian nationals aged 18 years and above residing in India and do not include NRI.
• The prize under the contest is non-transferable and non-substitutable and under no circumstances will be exchanged with cash.
• Winner will have to provide necessary ID proof before receiving the prize.
• MakeMyTrip may not disburse the prize if MakeMyTrip suspects the ID.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the prize and the terms and conditions of the prize including contest terms and conditions at any time without prior notice at its absolute discretion and without assigning any reason.
• In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the contest and/or the prizes therein, the decision of MakeMyTrip shall be final and binding on all concerned and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained in this regard.
• Unless otherwise indicated, MakeMyTrip shall deem any information voluntarily supplied during the course of the contest and/or personal information provided by the participants as non-confidential, which hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality.
• MakeMyTrip shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information for its use to third parties without limitation.
• Any disputes arising out of or in relation to the contest shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
