- The #GaanaApp Contest will run on the @Gaana Twitter Handle (https://twitter.com/gaana). Only answers with the #GaanaApp hashtag on the said page and handle will qualify.
Contest Date and Timing:
- The #GaanaApp Contest starts on Thursday, January 8th, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. and ends at 11:00 P.M. (IST) on Thursday, January 8th, 2015.
Age Limit & Eligibility:
- #GaanaApp Contest is open only to citizens of India aged 18 years and above. Employees and families of Times Internet Limited are not allowed to participate in the #GaanaApp Contest.
How it Works:
- 12 situations/moods will be published on the @Gaana Twitter handle from 10 AM to 10 PM on Thursday, January 8th, 2015. Each Participant must share appropriate song name for that situation/mood in a tweet with the hashtag:- #GaanaApp. Answers tweeted after 10 PM on January 8th, 2015 are invalid.
Judging Criteria & Prize Distribution:
- Three lucky winners will be announced every 3 hours (headphone winners) and the same are requested to email their Name,
- Phone Number and Address Details to feedback@gaana.com to claim their prizes.
- The Finale winner will be announced at 11:00 AM on January 9th, 2015.
Prizes:
- 1 iPhone 6 (16GB) will be given to the mega prize winner.
- 12 participants will be awarded Sennheiser Headphones.

Disputes:
- Each participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising in connection with the #GaanaApp contest. It is hereby agreed that the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all the disputes arising from this consent and the applicable law shall be of Union of India.
Additional terms & conditions:
(i) The terms & conditions of this contest can be changed at any point of time at the sole discretion of Times Internet Limited.
(ii) This contest is only limited for Indian residents.
(iii) All Prize-winners unconditionally agree (as a condition of accepting any prize) to: (a) the use of their name, one or more photographs of themselves and sufficient proof for establishing their identity of Indian citizenship.
(iv) Times Internet accepts no responsibility for person not able to complete participation due to any data loss, damage/ or delay, or due to any computer error in transit.
(v) Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason Times Internet Limited reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
(vi) Prizes must be accepted in the manner set out in the Prize notification. In the event that any Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable or any Prize-winner fails to validly reply to a Prize notification within 7 days, Times Internet Limited reserves the right to disqualify the Prize-winner and select an alternative Prize-winner in accordance with the sole discretion of Times Internet Limited.
(vii) Entries must be made by the closing date and in the manner set out in the competition terms. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
(viii) Unless otherwise stated in the Competition Terms, only one entry per person is permitted. In the event that Times Internet Limited discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the same person has made multiple entries, such person and any entries made by them shall be disqualified and, if such entrant has already been selected as a Prize-winner, an alternative Prize-winner will be selected in accordance with the sole discretion of Times Internet Limited.
