Terms and Conditions:

1. The Delhi Airport – #FestiveAir Contest ” shall be open from 15th December 2014 and shall close on 14th January 2015 (“Contest Period”).
2. The Contest is open to residents of India who are above the age of eighteen (18) years. In the event that a person is below the age of eighteen (18) years and participates and wins this Contest, he/she shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the Prize (defined below).
3. By participating in the Contest you (i.e. “the Contestant”) agree and accept the Terms and Conditions of the Contest mentioned here.
4. To participate in the Contest, you need to Like/follow and Share/RT official channels.
5. The decision of the Committee / Company will be final and binding and no correspondence of any nature whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
6. Winners will be announced. The Bumper prize will be a Skoda Rapid Car. The Daily prize will be Gionee Mobile handsets. The Prize is subject to Indian tax laws and other statutory levies, as applicable. In case TDS is applicable, the Winner will have to remit the tax applicable before collecting the Prize. TDS, if applicable and collected from the Winner will not be refunded, under any circumstance.
7. Any transportation charges, installation charges, service charges, etc. of the Prize will have to be borne by the Winner.
8. Daily winner will be decided by a random draw of lots among the Facebook and Twitter entries, judged by a panel constituted by Delhi Airport. Bumper prize winner will be announced similarly.
9. The Prize shall not be transferable / redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained in this behalf.

All rights, title and interest , including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all tweets shall vest solely and exclusively with the Company at all times. The Company will have the right to reproduce all the Comments/tweets in any and all formats, media and/or mediums including but not limited to television, internet, mobile, print etc, without any permission and/or payment to the Contestants.
11. The Company reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without assigning any reason or giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages.
12. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by the Company to conduct further similar or other promotions.
13. The Company holds no warranty and makes no representation regarding the quality of the prizes and shall not be responsible for the quality, deficiency of any product/service, in any manner whatsoever.
14. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss of data, interception, transmission errors, corruption, delays.
15. The Contestant expressly undertakes that answer given by him /her does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third person and/or party. The Contestant shall indemnify and at all times keep indemnified and hold harmless the Company against any claims, loss, damage that may be suffered by it as a result of such infringement by the Contestant without contestation or demur.
16. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that maybe suffered, or for any personal injury that maybe suffered, as a result of participating in this Contest.
17. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.
18. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India only.
