• Participants need to follow the instructions and create their own music track in the given time frame. They can share this track with their friends and download/save it with them. A leaderboard will display top scorers for each day and score will be given basis total tracks created, no. of shares of the track, total duration of tracks.
• Grand Prize will be given to 1 winner at the end of contest, Last day announcement will be made on Swift FB Page. There are exciting goodies and gadgets for the winners.

By virtue of registration, the Applicant hereby agrees to the following conditions and undertakes as follows:

1. The Applicant confirms that he/she is an adult, a resident of India, and is entitled to enter into a valid Agreement. The Applicant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen to participate in the contest at his/her free-will and is willing to bear all risk, costs & consequences arising from such participation in the activity.
2. Employees of the Organizer and/or their associate and affiliate companies will not be qualified for the participation in the contest and are requested not to register.
3. The registration does not guarantee the selection or participation of the Applicant in the contest and such selection shall be as per the sole discretion of Organizer. The Application shall not and waives any right to question the selection process, non-selection of the application and/or the selection of any other applicant.
4. The number of Applicants to be selected shall be the sole discretion of the Organizer.
   The Applicant shall not be eligible for any prize or cash for participation in the contest
   The participation in the contest by the selected Applicants shall not be obscene, vulgar, have racial or religious connotations.
5. Organizer shall have the sole discretion to discontinue/cancel the event at any point of time and the Applicant shall not raise any claim due to such discontinuation or cancellation.
6. In the event of any violation to the aforementioned or in case it comes to the knowledge of the Organizers that the details submitted by the Applicant in the application are not correct, the Applicant shall immediately be disqualified and shall solely remain liable for any action (criminal/civil) arising there from.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall Maruti Suzuki or its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your participation in the contest in any manner, even if Maruti Suzuki has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You specifically agree and understand that Maruti Suzuki is not liable to you for any content or illegal conduct of any third party and that you alone accept such risk of harm.
8. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Maruti Suzuki from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: your violation of any term of these Terms. This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms.
9. The Organizers reserve the right to change/ modify terms and conditions and/ or criteria of the contest, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
10. The decision of the Organizers in connection with the contest will be final and binding and is non-contestable.
11. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this contest, the decision of the Organizers shall be final and binding on all concerned.
12. In the event of any violation to the aforementioned, the Applicant shall immediately be disqualified from taking part in the contest and shall solely remain liable for any action (criminal/civil) arising therefrom.
13. The Applicant hereby agrees to indemnify the Organizers against any claims that might arise from their actions or omissions while participating in the contest.
