In no event will YES BANK be liable for making these changes. YES BANK may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of the app, in any case and without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to the app (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by YES BANK, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. The use of the software or any part of the app, except for use of the app as permitted in this agreement, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of others and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright infringement.

The app offers interactive features that allow the users to submit videos accessible and viewable by the public. By agreeing to this T&C, the users also agree that the submission of these vidoes will be their sole responsibility. It shall not infringe or violate the rights of any other party or violate any laws, contribute to or encourage infringing or otherwise unlawful conduct, or otherwise be obscene, objectionable, or in poor taste. Users also agree that they have obtained all necessary rights and licenses. They agree to provide accurate and complete information in connection with their submission of any materials on the app. They hereby grant YES BANK a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such materials as part of the app, without any compensation or obligation to them. YES BANK reserves the right to not post or publish any materials, and to remove or edit any material, at any time in its sole discretion without notice or liability.

ELIGIBILITY

This contest is valid for residents of India aged 13 or above. YES BANK has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. In case the winner is a minor, the vouchers will be given to the guardians.

HOW TO ENTER

You can enter the YES BANK Maximum Reporter through the YES BANK Facebook Page. You can find the YES BANK Maximum Reporter Tab on YES BANK’s Facebook Page. A new question will be posted every week as the theme of the video. The participant can upload only one video per question. By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

WINNER SELECTION & GRATIFICATION

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winner will be chosen based on the number of votes & the quality of his/her video.
The winners will be announced on YES BANK’s Facebook Page every week.

Each entrant is responsible for monitoring YES BANK’s Facebook Page for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to YES BANK Maximum Reporter. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within fifteen (15) days, using the contact information provided by him/her, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.

If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

Gratifications for winners will be at the sole discretion of YES BANK.
