The time of delivery will typically be 3 weeks from day of dispatch; although it is subject to delays due to unavoidable circumstances at courier vendors’ end. HUL will not be responsible for any such delays.
If the winner is from remote area , then delivery of the gifts might take more than 3 weeks
If any caller is attempting invalid code; the maximum attempt the winner will get 3 in a day or total 5 in a week or total 7 in overall campaign. After that the number will get blocked for this campaign.
Participation in the contest is open to all consumers of Pepsodent who, on the date of entry, are legal residents of India, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. Entries may only be submitted by individual Participants. Prizes are non-transferable, and are offered on a ‘NO EXCHANGE’ basis. The Winners do not have the choice or option of asking for an alternative goodie in place of the one sent to the winner.
Prize recipients must, at HUL’s request and free of any charge, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receiving of the prize or in relation to the contest and she consents to HUL using her name and image in any promotional material or activity
