• Kurkure Butter Masti Challenge (‘Contest’) is brought to you by PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited (‘Organizer’).
  Contest is open to Indian citizens who are residents of India, except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its JV Partners, its Bottlers, its advertising and promotion agencies and its auditors.
• The Participants should be over 18 years of age (‘Participant/(s)’). The Participant must necessarily have a valid Twitter/Facebook account and email ID
• No purchase necessary and participation is optional.
• The Contest is valid from 15th June 2015 to 13th July 2015 on Facebook, NLP Captcha, Daily Motion, Dubsmash and Twitter (“Contest Period”), in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Organizer may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period or any part of the promotion, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever, and no communication in this regard will be entertained.
• By participating in this Contest, a User unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein at all times without any exception whatsoever.
• To participate in the Program through the following platforms in the manner provided herein below. The Participant has to follow the steps as detailed herein below:

(a) For TWITTER Users:

• Visit the Twitter handle of the product Kurkure which is @KurkureSnacks (‘Handle’)
• Become the Follower of the Handle by clicking ‘Follow’
• The Organizer will share a Butter Masti Challenge and the Participant would need to accept the challenge by shooting their own video and sharing it on Twitter. The participant could also tweet the exact words said by the celebrity in the Butter Masti Challenge video clip. Addressing Kurkure Snack’s Twitter handle using the hashtag #ButterMastiChallenge
• For video entries – Upload the video and tag @KurkureSnacks and tag 5 of your friends to do the challenge. Use of hashtag #ButterMastiChallenge is mandatory in all tweets for eligibility for participation.

(b) FOR FACEBOOK Users:

•  Visit Kurkure fan page on Facebook.
• If the Participant is not the member of the fan page, he/she shall become the Member of the Fanpage by clicking ‘LIKE’.
• The Organizer will share a Butter Masti Challenge video and the Participant would need to accept the challenge by shooting their own video and uploading it on the fan page. The participant could also make a comment using the exact words said by the celebrity in the Butter Masti Challenge video clip.
  For video entries – Upload the video on Kurkure India official fan page and tag 5 of your friends to do the Butter Masti Challenge.

(c) FOR CAPTCHA:

• User clicks an article on a selective website to read the entire content, at the said website
• As the user comments on the comment section, he will be shown the Butter Masti Challenge video and will be asked to “Type the Tongue Twister that’s been said in the video”
• The User will be required to follow the instructions as provided. User has to type in the required message, enter name and email ID and click on submit to complete the participation.

DAILY MOTION:

The Butter Masti Challenge video will be shown to viewers at selective videos at Dailymotion.
To take the challenge the participant will have to “Type the Tongue Twister that’s been said in the video”, in the box provided below the video.
To validate their entry, the participant will have to submit their email id.

(D) For Dubsmash:

• User should download the Dubsmash App on their mobile phones
  Choose the the Butter Masti Challenge Audio uploaded by @KurkureSnacks official handle on dubsmash app
  Make your Dubsmash video using Kurkureoriginal audios uploaded by the brand on the app
  Upload on Twitter and tag @KurkureSnacks and 5 of your friends to do the challengeor upload it on Kurkure India facebook page and tag 5 of your friends to do the the Butter Masti Challenge
• By becoming afollower of the Handle and/or the member of the Fanpage and/or other platforms as provided above, the Participant gives his/her free consent to abide by the rules, regulations, policiesand obligations as mandated by Twitter, Dailymotion, CAPTCHA , Dubsmash and Facebook.
  Participant, without any exception and at all times during the Contest Period shall follow all tweetand post instructions given by the Organizer in its entirety. Any failureto comply with the instructions of the Organizer will result in the disqualification of the entry made by the Participant.
  The User sending entries through another platform and / or after the Contest Period will not be eligible for the prize.
  Users can participate in the Contest as many times as he/she wants during the duration ofthe contest.
  For the video entries:
• All entries will be considered where the participant’s face and voice is clear and the tongue twister in the Butter Masti Challenge is said fast.
  The video shall not be more than [60] seconds For Facebook and Twitter, Daily Motion and NLP Captcha and not more than 9 seconds for Dubsmash
  The video must always comply with these terms and conditions.
  The video must be original and not violative of any 3rd party rights, including 3rd party copyrights/trademarks/logos.

  In case of the entries made as tweets and comments, all the entries will be considered where the text matches the tongue twister text in the Butter Masti Challenge and uses the #ButterMastiChallenge

PRIZE:

(i) Every day (12 am till midnight), during the Contest Period, 50 winners* will be selected from the entries received through Facebook, Twitter,Dubsmash Captcha and Daily Motion. Twenty ‘video upload’ winners from Facebook and Twitter will get a Flipkart e-voucher worth Rs. 2100/.Ten ‘video upload’ winners from Dubsmash will get a Flipkart e-voucher worth Rs 2000/- Twenty ‘comment/tweet/captcha text’ winners will each get a Flipkart e-voucher worth Rs. 500/.

All the winners will be taken out at the sole discretion of the Organizer and no communication in this regard will be entertained. The Videos uploaded without the Kurkure Butter Masti audio will be not be entertained.

Text Entry winners will be taken out through a randomizing software and the video entry winners will be taken out by the panel of judges of the Organizer.

(ii) The E-voucher can be redeemed only within 12 months from the issue of the voucher (“Redemption Period”) after which the voucher will expire and any request toredeem after the Redemption Period shall not be entertained. The E- Voucher can only be used online at www.flipkart.com to buy items of choice onthe Flipkart website, which is subject to availability and shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Flipkart.
(iii) Incase the email id submitted is found to be invalid the Prize will be forfeited at the discretion of the organizer. It is clarified that the videos submitted shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Organizer. In this regard, the Participant undertakes to sign and execute all documents, including an assignment deed in favor of the Organizer.

Winners:

• The Winners will be announced on the Fan page and the Twitter Handle within 72hours of the completion of the Contest Period. The Winner will also be asked to share their details i.e name, address, ID proofs, contact no etc. as requested by the Organizer on the direct message inbox.
• The claimants must share their correspondence details within 24 hours of announcing the winners. In case the claimants are unable to do the same, organizer reserves the right to forfeit their prize.
• The Winners will be contacted by the representatives of the Organizer on the contact number shared him/her. The winner would be contacted thrice over a period of 48 hrs. Incase the winner is not reachable or the Prize cannot be redeemed by him for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer will reserve the right to either forfeit the prize or pass on the Prize to another participant without any further notice to the winner.
• It is strictly prohibited to upload content (picture/text/anyother content) of any kind that contain expressions of hate, abuse, offensive images or conduct, obscenity, pornography, sexually explicit or against anyreligious sentiments or against any caste, creed or race or any material which is offensive to women or any material that could give rise to any civil orcriminal liability under applicable law or regulations or that otherwise may bein conflict with these Terms and Conditions or the Advertising Code. It is also clarified that any entry which is in the reasonable opinion of the Organizer isfound to be obscene, offending and hurtful shall be rejected immediately; and appropriate action will be taken against the said participant.
• The Participants agree and undertakes that their aforementioned tweets, posts on Twitter andFacebook respectively will be their original creation and shall not in any waybe obscene, vulgar, disrespectful or defamatory in any manner nor shall be inviolation of any intellectual property rights of third parties and/orapplicable laws. It is also clarified that the Participants are solelyresponsible for any violation of any applicable laws and shall keep theOrganizer indemnified in this regard.
• In case the Participant is found using external random softwares that entail fake followers and/or fake Re-postingtools, he/she will be disqualified from the Contest. The Organizer has all rights to verify the credibility of the contest entry and to forfeit the prizein case the participant is found to be using fake followers/tools to increasethe amount of Reposts. The decision of Organizer shall be final and theparticipants shall accept the decision as a binding one and shall in no event challenge the same
• The prize shall be couriered to the winner atthe address provided by the Winner. Organizer shall not be liable for any lossof prize due to incorrect address or any other information provided by the Useror the failure of the Winner to taka the delivery. The Organizer will be absolved of its liability after it has dispatched the Prize through courier.
• At the Organizer’srequest, winners must participate in all promotional activity (such aspublicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free ofcharge, and they consent to the Organizer using their name, likeness, imageand/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/orrecording of the same) in promotional material or in any media for an unlimitedperiod without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Programme (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organizer.

• No cash payment willbe made in lieu of the prize.
• Organizer shall notbe responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of thePromotion or due to participation by any person in the Promotion.
