- In case, the so elected Prime Minister fails to prove the majority on the floor of the house (parliament) and his government falls, the results will be declared once the new/alternate coalition proves its majority in the house i.e. wins the trust vote.
- In case, where no party or a coalition can prove a majority and the parliament is dissolved either sine die or with a definitive date for the next round of elections, this game will be declared as “abandoned” and no winner will be announced.

- Prizes (both cash as well as kind) in excess of Rs. 10,000/- will attract Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) at applicable rates. The limit of Rs. 10,000/- is applicable on payment (single or multiple) to a particular bank account or to a particular person on any single day (i.e. if a Gamebuddy activates three cash prize of Rs. 5000/- each from a same or different profile to a particular bank account or in the name of a particular Gamebuddy, the total amount being Rs. 15,000/-, then tax will be deducted on the entire amount of Rs. 15,000/-.
