Terms and Conditions:

1. The free-to-enter promotional #BoltWithFriends contest here in after referred to as the “contest” is open to all Indian residents aged 18 years and above. Employees, agents, partners or officers of Tata Motors Limited (hereinafter referred as TML) or of any entity involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of the contest, including any advertising or promotion agency, parent company, service provider, subsidiary or affiliate of any such entity or any other entity directly associated with TML or any member of the immediate family of and/or person living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the contest.
2. The decision and declaration of valid entry of participation will be at the sole discretion of TATA Motors only.
3. No communication, written/verbal regarding the same will be entertained by TATA Motors Ltd.
4. The gift won is not transferable or exchangeable and in the event that for any reason whatsoever, a gift becomes unavailable, Tata Motors reserves the right to substitute the gift with another gift.
5. The participant needs to furnish correct and complete details of the address. The address details will only be obtained through a Direct Message by @TataBolt on Twitter from the winner.
6. The gift/token of appreciation/merchandise will be dispatched by the gift distribution agency of Tata Motors Ltd. within 60 days from the day of the contest, only on the address provided by the participant.
7. Tata Motors Ltd. is not responsible to any extent for non-delivery of gift due to invalid/incomplete addresses or non-availability of the participant at the address as provided by the participant.
8. The successful gift winner shall be decided by Tata Motors Ltd. on its sole discretion. Decision of Tata Motors Ltd. with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the contest shall be final and binding on the participants.
9. Tata Motors Ltd. reserves the right to change curtail/discontinue/extend the contest without notice. And, reduce the number of winners.
10. Decision of Tata Motors Ltd. is final in all respects and binding on all participants of the contest and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
11. All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
12. No correspondence whatsoever shall be entertained on this regard.
13. Gifts are non-transferable. The participants cannot claim cash in lieu of the gift.
14. In the event of any deficiency/defect/warranty related issues with the gift, Tata Motors Ltd. shall not be held responsible and no communication in this regard will be entertained.
15. By participating in this contest every participant agrees to allow to use his/her name and/or photograph for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation.
16. Tata Motors Ltd. and its agencies reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
17. Tata Motors Ltd. may, in their absolute discretion require that the individual provide photographic identification or some other acceptable form of identification or proof of age before awarding the gift.
18. By entering the contest all participants accept and agree to the above terms and conditions.

20. Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the scheme.
