1. The Contest shall be conducted on 17th and 18th December, 2014 (‘Contest period’). Any entries received beyond 18th December shall be considered as null and void.

7. Participation shall be construed as the consent of the consumer to take part in the contest, and the consumer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
8. A team of members of Hindustan Unilever Limited will shortlist FIVE entries received. The decision of HUL regarding the winner of the Prizes shall final and binding on all Participants. The consumers whose entries are selected will win a movie ticket each.
9. HUL retains the sole authority and discretion of determining the quantity of the Prizes being given during the duration of the Contest.
10. All Prizes will be handed over to the winner against due acknowledgment of receipt. HUL shall stand fully absolved of its obligation under the Contest post receipt of the Prizes by the winners and shall not be liable in any manner to the winner and/or his/her legal representatives on any aspect of the Contest whatsoever.
11. The winner shall be required to take delivery of the Prize or complete the formalities relating to the delivery of the Prize to the satisfaction of HUL within 60 days from the date of receipt of information from HUL. If no steps are taken for any reason whatsoever by the winner within the said stipulated period the winner’s entitlement to the Prize shall stand automatically forfeited.
12. HUL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
13. HUL shall not be responsible if for some reason the participant is unable to connect to the said webpage or post their entries for any reason whatsoever.
14. The personal information shared with HUL, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the Participant.
