- The “Face of India” – a Contest (Contest) is hosted by Bajaj Corporation Limited.
- The Programme of this Contest is run by the marketing agency “SMG Convonix” (Convonix).
- The contest is open to females of the age 18 years and above. Females above 15 years of age and below 18 years can participate in the contest subject to parental consent.
- The contest is open from 17/10/2014 to 26/11/2014 and void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
- Participation is restricted to users having Facebook account and their acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Contest by clicking on “I Agree” button at the T&C button of the Contest on the web page.
- The winner shall be selected in the month of November 2014 and to be published on the contest webpage and social media communication.
- The winner shall be intimated via phone /e-mail as given by the Participant during the Contest. In case the Winner does not respond within 7 days after the first attempted contact from Bajaj Corp Ltd, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be declared as deemed fit and proper by Bajaj Corp Ltd.
- The winner once announced & communicated shall personally claim and collect the prize from the venue, date and time as informed by Bajaj Corp Ltd within 15 days from such date of communication/announcement of winner subject to submission of documents namely (1) Photo Identity proof (2) address proof as acceptable to
- Bajaj Corp Ltd. In the event of failure on the part of the winner to claim and collect the prize Bajaj Corp Ltd shall not be held responsible.

- Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the participant.
