- The offer “get an iPad Air 2 everyday ” is applicable for fund transfer, bill pay, recharge, insurance payment, online shopping ( as payment mode for Internet Banking and m.icicibank.com. Online shopping will not be applicable for iMobile) transactions using the ICICI Bank Internet Banking or iMobile or m.icicibank.com.
- The Offer is valid from June 10 – 2015 to June 25, 2015. (“Offer Period”).
- The iPad Air 2 shall be given to the top transactors per day on each channel – ICICI Bank Internet Banking / iMobile / m.icicibank.com during the Offer Period (“Winners”).
The top transactor will be selected on the below criteria:
- Customer has to do 2 or more transactions on any of the channels . 2 or more transactions have to be done on the same channel to be eligible.
- The highest transactor ( value and volume wise) will win an iPad Air 2, one each day, on each channel
- The transactions which will be considered – Fund Transfer, Bill Pay, Recharge, Insurance payment, online shopping ( as payment mode for Internet Banking and m.icicibank.com. Online shopping will not be applicable for iMobile)
- Fund transfer by the customer to his/her own account will not be eligible to be considered for this Offer.

- One customer can be eligible only once a Winner under the Offer.
- The transaction time considered will be from 9am to 6pm.
- The warranty period for the iPad Air 2 will be 1 year and for accessories the warranty will be for 6 months. The IPad Air 2 and the accessories can be serviced at any Infibeam outlet while in the warranty period.
- Infibeam shall deliver the IPad Air 2 to Winner’s address post confirmation from ICICI Bank.
- If the delivered IPad Air 2 is found damaged, Infibeam would reverse pick the damaged IPad Air 2 and replace the same.
- If the delivered IPad Air 2 is found defective, the Winner would have to get a Dead on Arrival (DOA) certificate from the brand service center and Infibeam will replace the defective IPad Air 2 post reverse pick up.
- ICICI Bank shall be selecting the Winners as per the criteria set out in Point 4 and Infibeam shall not be responsible for Winners’ list.
- ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for the iPad Air 2 delivered and the services provided by Infibeam and complaints if any about the same shall be redirected to Infibeam.
- Transactions using any other channel but ICICI Bank Internet Banking or iMobile or m.icicibank.com will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
- Winners will have to make payment of 33% of the value of the iPad air 2 as gift tax for final delivery of the iPad air 2
- The customer has to confirm the acceptance and the delivery of iPad air 2 will be done post payment of the tax amount to ICICI Bank
- Winner will get the original product certificate along with the IPad Air 2 at the time of delivery.
- After the IPad Air 2 is delivered to the Winner, ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft of the same.
- In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
- ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of the IPad Air 2 and the services provided by Infibeam and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of the IPad Air 2 or other services provided by Infibeam, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest/Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
- The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
