Terms and Conditions:

1. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signatures. Wherever the context so requires “You/Your/Users” shall mean any buyer on the Flipkart Mobile App. “Flipkart”/”We”/”Our” shall mean Flipkart Internet Private Limited.
2. By participating in this Offer, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation that are available on www.flipkart.com including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make.
3. To participate in the Offer, You should have purchased either a Moto G (3rd Generation) or a Moto G Turbo before.
4. This Offer is open to all current and new users of Ping on the Flipkart App.
5. To be eligible, You should have first purchased any Moto device from Flipkart (Offer applicable for Old buyers of the devices) and then shared either a Moto G3 or a Moto G Turbo device from 25th December, 2015 to 31st December, 2015 with your friend(s) on Ping. If your friend(s) buy the device that you have shared on the Flipkart App in between 25th December, 2015 to 31st December, 2015 then you are eligible for the Store credit offer.
6. The bought & shared product(s) must be from the two devices as mentioned above.
7. All users of Ping who would have shared the device and a friend(s) buying the same, both shall be eligible for a Store Credit worth Rs.500.
8. Maximum of 1 Store Credit worth Rs.500 to be given to each User.
9. The Store Credit shall be credited in between 1st February, 2016 to 6th February, 2016.
10. Offer will be void if any User (You or the person with whom product is shared) cancels the order (part or whole)
11. The Store credit is redeemable only on products sold by WS Retail seller only.
12. Such Store Credit cannot be redeemed against cash or credit and can only be used to purchase products listed on Flipkart by WS Retail seller.
13. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy, including without limitation: changing the amount of EGVs, modifying how You may earn and spend the EGVs earned, modifying the duration and expiration of EGVs, minimum purchase amounts for use of EGVs, maximum amount of EGVs that You may earn, and discontinuing the Offer entirely, at any time without any prior written notice to You.
14. Offer is applicable on limited stocks and for limited period.
15. Flipkart may, at any time due to various reasons, including but not limited to technical errors, unavailability of stocks or for any other reasons whatsoever, cancel the orders placed by You. Flipkart shall not be liable for such cancellation(s) whatsoever.

17. Buyers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer and any such participation is voluntary.
18. Flipkart reserves the right of selection of the winner and such selection shall be as per the procedure adopted at Flipkart’s sole discretion. Flipkart’s decision in this regard shall be final.
19. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
20. In the event of cancellation of an order (Part or full), either by You or Flipkart, Flipkart shall be entitled to cancel the EGVs.
21. Flipkart reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Offer or violates the Policy. Policy.
22. Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Offer.
23. This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.
24. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
