1. The Contest shall run from 1st Dec to 31st Jan ‘Contest Period’).
2. The Contest is open for all the residents of India, who are 18 years of age or above.
3. To participate in the Contest, the participant is required to give a missed call on 08655521555 during the Contest Period.
4. By participating in this Contest, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions available Here.
5. To participate in the Contest, the Participant is required to purchase a pack of Taj Mahal tea with the Contest branding on it (‘Contest Pack’). The Participant shall find a code inside the Contest Pack (‘Unique Code’). The Participant needs to give a missed call on 08655521555. The Participant shall receive a call back on his/her number from which the above missed call was provided. On receiving the call back, the Participant needs to enter the Unique Code and record as to “Why do you deserve a chance to have Taj Mahal Chai with Madhuri Dixit?”.
6. By placing a missed-call, the Consumer expressly opts to participate in the Campaign and to receive a call back (an “Interactive Voice Response” or “IVRS”) from HUL’s service provider. IVRS automated calls enable consumers to respond a call-back via voice input or keypad selection.
7. The top 10 most creative and well articulated entries shall meet Madhuri Dixit and share a cup of tea with her at the end of the Contest Period. The next best 100 entries shall win one Samsung Galaxy Ace NXT smart phone each (‘Prize’).
8. The list of winners of shall be announced on the Contest Website at the end of the Contest Period.
9. The tea party with the actor Madhuri Dixit shall be an all expenses paid tea with Madhuri Dixit in Mumbai at a restaurant selected by HUL. ‘All expenses’ shall mean and include transportation fares to and from Mumbai.
10. The decisions of HUL and/or the Technology Partner, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
11. Participants can participate through a single Unique Code only once during the Contest Period. Participants may participate through their registered mobile number multiple times during the Contest Period, i.e. each time the participant purchases a Contest Pack. In case of invalid code entry, maximum number of invalid entries allowed per consumer, having 3 attempts per entry is 12 in entire campaign period. Thus total of 12 attempts per consumer are allowed for invalid entry code input for entire campaign period.
12. Mobile Numbers which are registered with the National Do Not Call list will not receive the SMS’s or Out Bound Dialling (OBD) calls.
13. HUL’s Technology Partner shall inform the winners by calling him / her on the same mobile number through which the winners participated in the Contest and shall verify the details of the Participant viz. name, age, occupation and complete address of the winner and/or such other information as maybe considered necessary for authentication of the winner.
14. The winner shall be required to take delivery of the Prize or complete the formalities relating to the delivery of the prize to the satisfaction of HUL within 60 days from the date of receipt of information from HUL. If no steps are taken for any reason whatsoever by the winner within the said stipulated period the winner’s entitlement to the prize shall stand automatically forfeited.
15. All Prizes will be handed over to the winner against due acknowledgment of receipt. HUL shall stand fully absolved of its obligation under the Contest post receipt of the prizes by the winners and shall not be liable in any manner to the winner and/or his/her legal representatives on any aspect of the Contest whatsoever.
16. No Entry Fee shall be charged for participating in this Contest; participants are therefore cautioned to be beware of anyone soliciting payments for entry to this Contest.
17. HUL does not accept any responsibility or liability towards the personal security or property of the participants in the course of taking part in the Contest.
18. HUL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
19. HUL retains the right to contact the participants anytime after the end of the Contest Period.
20. The personal information shared with HUL and its technology partner, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the participant.
21. Employees of HUL, their dependants, agencies associated with this contest and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this contest.
22. All disputes with respect to this Contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts or forums in Mumbai only.
